This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and SonaLabs.org (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “SonaLabs”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the SonaLabs.org website (the “Site”) and any services, content, and products offered through it (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Site in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all these terms, you are not authorized to use this Site and must discontinue use immediately.

1. Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. User Account, Password, and Security

2.1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

2.2. Age Restriction: By accepting this Agreement, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Site under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account without such supervision.

2.3. Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information (username and password), and (b) all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at team@sonalabs.org of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

3. Limited License and Use of the Site

3.1. Grant of License: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, SonaLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

3.2. Prohibited Uses: You agree not to:
* Use the Site for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party without our express prior written consent.
* Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site or its Content (as defined below).
* Modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, create derivative works from, or attempt to derive the source code of any software or content on the Site.
* Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content or material that:

Contains any malicious code, including viruses, worms, or Trojan horses.
Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party.
Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including but not limited to the laws of the Republic of Uganda.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, videos, digital downloads, data compilations, and software (the “Content”), is the property of SonaLabs, its affiliates, or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of SonaLabs.

6. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your account, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Agreement or applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1. “As Is” Basis: THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7.2. Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SONALABS.ORG, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

The Site may participate in various affiliate marketing programs. This means we may post customized links, provided by affiliate programs, to track referrals to their websites. We may earn a commission if you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase on the seller’s website. This commission comes at no extra cost to you and helps support the operation of our Site and the creation of free educational content.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uganda.
